Rachel Bratakos was beyond exceptional! We had a beautiful piece of land, that was located in an area that was hard to see from the street. She described the property well and took photos that really emphasized the view. She hiked up the hill several times to show prospective buyers. We had a challenging issue with the title, but she was in constant communication with us from start to finish (she even volunteered to drive 2 hours to pick up notarized documents!). Rachel had the property listed and sold in 30 days, OVER asking price.

Rachel was by far the best realtor when it came to putting her clients first. Previously, I had a horrible experience with a realtor who did not return calls and did not feel comfortable asking questions. Rachel showed me the opposite of that and was extremely detailed and was on top of things from start to finish and returned messages and made you feel extremely comfortable asking questions considering I was a first time buyer and not knowledgeable...she is definitely the best!!!
